DR JAROSŁAW KRASZEWSKI
For 31 years, he served in the military both in Poland and abroad (participating in Polish Military Contingent missions). He held various command and staff positions (twice serving as a brigade commander, as well as the Chief of Rocket and Artillery Forces). He also obtained education from prestigious international institutions (including NATO School, US Army Command and General Staff College, George Marshall Center).
As the Chief of Rocket and Artillery Forces, he was the director of an operational program for the modernization of the Polish Armed Forces (he introduced the most advanced howitzer in Europe, the KRAB, and the automatic mortar RAK into service). He also contributed to the digitization of artillery command and fire control, including the use of unmanned reconnaissance systems.
On November 16, 2015, he was appointed Director of the Department of Command over the Armed Forces in the National Security Bureau. On February 29, 2016, the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, upon the recommendation of the Minister of National Defense, Antoni Macierewicz, promoted him to the rank of Brigadier General, effective March 1, 2016. As of July 1, 2019, he no longer serves in the professional military.
His academic interests include strategy and national security, battlefield robotics, and the implementation of autonomous systems in military operations. His hobbies are motorcycle touring and sailing.



DARIUSZ GWIZDAŁA
Dariusz Gwizdała is a lawyer by education. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, completed postgraduate studies at the Kozminski University in Warsaw, and also attended the Higher School of Management in Warsaw. Additionally, he completed the auditor training program at the Supreme Audit Office (Najwyższa Izba Kontroli).
From 1998 to 2002, he worked at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, and from 2002 to 2005, he served in the Security and Crisis Management Office of the City of Warsaw. Between 2005 and 2006, he was an advisor to the Minister of the Interior and Administration.
In 2006, he became the Chief of Staff for the Head of the National Security Bureau (BBN), and in 2007, he served as Chief of Staff for the Minister of the Interior and Administration. Later in 2007, he once again became the Chief of Staff for the Head of the National Security Bureau, a position he held until 2009, when he was appointed Deputy Chief of Staff in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.
From 2011 to 2015, he worked at the Supreme Audit Office. In August 2015, he was appointed as the Chief of Staff for the Head of the National Security Bureau. In November 2016, President Andrzej Duda appointed Dariusz Gwizdała as Deputy Head of the National Security Bureau.
In October 2020, he joined the management board of the Polish Armaments Group (Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa). Starting in 2021, he worked in the Control Department at KGHM. In October 2022, he was appointed by the Supervisory Board as Vice President of the Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów S.A.
